Virginia San Miguel , M.D., FACOG Obstetrics/Gynecology Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. San Miguel earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she also completed her internship and residency. In addition to her medical degree, Dr. San Miguel has a degree in law from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. Dr. San Miguel is the President-elect of the medical staff and co-chair of the OB-GYN department at Providence Milwaukie Hospital. Dr. San Miguel is an avid runner and has completed the Portland Marathon twice. She and her husband have two sons. Dr. San Miguel is fluent in Spanish.

Karoline Woitke, PA-C Physician's Assistant Karoline is a graduate of the PA Program at Western University of Health Sciences in her nativeCalifornia. She is Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. In 2009, she joined Dr. San Miguel, bringing to the Clinic a background in family medicine and urgent care. Her skill and experience enhance the Clinic’s dedication to providing full primary care services for our patients. When not diligently working for the wellness of her patients, Karoline enjoys traveling, the arts, music, and attending cultural and scientific events. Karoline and her husband share their home with Jakie, a fantastic Maine Coon Cat.
